To Assemble:
Step 1: Set your foundation by securing the Kiwi Fringe Doorway Curtains to a wall using tape or Sticky Tack (each sold separately).
Step 2: Use tape to attach the Gold Letter Balloons to the fringe curtain.
Step 3: Assemble the Emerald Isle Balloon Garland using the package instructions and secure it to the upper left corner to create a border.
Step 4: Finish the look by posing the Sitting Leprechaun Balloon and the Iridescent Rainbow Balloon either corner of the fringe curtain.
